I liked the canon part of the app. It shows what she was before and what she came to be: grown-up and intelligent. This portrait you painted didn't quite seem to make it into the sample post. It seemed a little whiny. A little too much "I'm a pretty pretty princess~!" and not enough of the tough sailor senshi she's come to be. I know that Chibiusa spazzes a lot, but. I dunno. The app seemed... long? Hahahanotmakinganysense. My eyes started to glaze near the end. Maybe you could pronounce the "In the name of the future moon!" monologue peices and make them stand out, it'll give some better structure.

My first impression was STOP SCREAMING. DDDD: I know Usagi is scatterbrained and omg spaztastic! but she also has a serious and a soft side. I got tense while reading this app. ;_; I understood the jokes, but it was hard for me to laugh when my shoulders are bunching up. Maybe you could play on the "self-sacrificing" bit you mentioned in the canon? Mention more of the Sailor Moon side of her, too. She's more than a dumb!student in her canon, bring it out! ♥!!
