Peter, everything was a bit short for me, and the canon section didn't really give me that good of a handle on his character. I'd be happy to give more crit if you want it. Good luck!

My in was Star-Lord, which had tense shifting issues, but the voice was distinct from beginning to end and that won out for me. And I abstained on Homestuck because I didn't really ... get it ( ... )

I think it's mostly a Homestuck thing than a you thing. xD Homestuck on a whole baffles me, and though I get it somewhat to vote on other apps, this one completely confused me because I think it tied into the ... series mechanics more? If that makes sense. Moreover, I didn't really understand how WV could be played in camp off ... other characters. So, yeah.

I DON'T KNOW IF THIS IS ACTUALLY HELPFUL BUT

Hijacking to say I don't know how the apper plans to do things in play, but basically the carapace people like WV can talk. Just, their spoken dialog is never actually shown in canon. Their typed messages are shown, but whenever they speak out loud, we don't see the exact words. We just get narration like:

You tell him your brilliant plan. He calls you an idiot and orders you to go jump off a bridge. You say you don't get it. He says of course you don't.
