Mercedes and Riku Replica were my outs.

Mercedes, your application was really dependent upon pop culture references and off-screen things to the point that I wasn't able to get a lot of who she happened to be out of it. As a result, I just couldn't get a voice, just the references themselves, and her repeating what just happened off-screen while seeming affronted by it. My recommendation would be a less off-screen heavy application and less filled with pop culture references that weigh down the voice.

Riku Replica, I actually get less of a sense of his voice from this and it's really canon-reliant. I also don't really understand the hypocritical part.

Need to run out for a quick meeting so I only had time to vote on Mercedes, which was an Out -- I agree with Sam that there was a lot of pop culture references and off-screen action that started to obscure the voice, but my biggest issue is that I didn't really see the heart -- you mention her big heart twice, so it was a little jarring to me that she spent most of the app insulting the zombie for its looks and for potentially being homeless before it died. I know the canon says 'isn't afraid to tell you what she thinks of you', but it started to feel kind of petty and cruel, in there... not big-hearted at all. ;;b
