I could definitely see the character there (for being ... canon-blind, that is), but a lot of the wording was clunky and difficult to follow. The flow into the "hee hee" line also put me off a little, as it seemed a little awkwardly constructed. I felt like you could've done a little more with the character than you did in the app, but again, this is me being canon-blind.

I hope that helps! Having reread it a couple times, I am wibbling, so I might change. ♥

... All right, having reread Raiha's app again, I'm going to vote out. The voice doesn't seem really distinctly Raiha, and it seems to miss a lot of his key personality traits. The canon didn't touch on his personality that well and it seemed to show someone else? Also, your canon had a couple spelling errors.
