[maybe you were sleeping, maybe you just stepped into your cabin, a friend's cabin, the mess hall, wherever! But wherever you are, you might be stuck there for a while. Anybody trying to leave their cabin or glancing out the window will notice that the waters have suddenly risen dramatically, and the structures they're in? Are now floating ( Read more... )

[pokes head out a window of the Mess Hall]

Row, row, row your ... barn? This can't end well.

Gently down the cornfield? And no, it can't. When the water recedes, all the buildings might fall apart due to the damage.

[looks up]

If the water recedes. Got to keep our options open, you know?

The water has to recede. Unless, of course, the entire world is covered in water.

Or the barrier could be keeping it all in? Who knows.

I'm apparently one of the few people still trying to be logical here and figure out the reasoning behind the weird things that happen. I'm George Mason, what's your name?

Looking on the bright side of things, there are worse ways to meet.

*snorts* I'd met people while running from zombies, so you're right about that. I don't suppose you're an expert geologist or scientist who can explain how this flood even happened in the first place?

[makes a running jump from the roof of an adjacent floating cabin]

This better not go on for forty days and forty nights.

Nice jump. I'd definitely judge it to be a 10. And it'd better not. I don't see how it can.

Thanks. I've had practice.

Is it too much to hope that a boat is hiding out in one of these barns?
