That's great. I'd love to be investigating too, though. Where do they even get their information? I know the flooded but that's it.

At least I don't have much to move. Do you need any help with your equipment?

The "pond" has been growing gradually, it's just a matter of time before it grows into a proper lake. We're worried it'll keep growing past that point.

And I have a couple of people helping already, one of them counts for five so we're covered.

Well, I've moved everything out of mine that could get ruined, which is depressingly few things. I'll still stay down here until this possible flood happens, because I'd rather not have to stay in the Mess Hall until it's absolutely necessary.

I don't suppose anyone has any theories on why the pond is expanding?

I got nothing. It's one of those things that makes no sense, but the extra water has to be coming from somewhere.

It has to be from underground, then. Maybe the ground has shifted and some trapped water is being released? *shakes her head* I'm not a geologic expert, so I don't know how likely that is. Do we have one here in camp?

There hasn't been any seismic activity, so the ground shifting is unlikely. And there haven't been any plumbing issues, so a broken pipe us unlikely too.

I'm out of ideas, then. Maybe one of the other labs down here will have some clues.

I do a little of everything. And to be honest, I'd advice against going any deeper into the tunnels until we have an idea of what's going on.

Thank you for the advice but I think I still will explore. I won't go too deep, though. It's either look at what's down here or hit the web and I'm limited on what I can research online.

Magic tricks classify as a little of everything... if you're set on going, pay attention to how wet it is, and if it starts getting wetter, just come back.
