Best Christmas Elf

[Today, near the Center of Camp, there is what appears to be some kind of overlarge playhouse being built. Right now it almost looks like this except the sign over the door says FREE HUGS. How curious.]

I didn't put that there, but I'm okay with it.

A temporary house. Haven't you ever heard of Santa's Workshop?

Oh, so it's about Christmas? Instead of Santa, there's the Hogsfather.

I'm sure it's the same idea despite the fact that I've never heard of a Hogsfather before.

If it's someone going around giving presents to children during the winter solstice, then it's probably the same idea.

Got it in one. Does he have little elves that help him and a shop to make the toys in? That's what this is supposed to be.

I'm not sure about the elves part, but the toys have to come from somewhere.

But it's hugs instead?

That part wasn't my idea. Camp changed the sign on me. I'll fix it when I'm done with everything else.

Not quite. This isn't the real Santa's Workshop, it's just a model. It's like Disneyland except for Christmas. Does that make sense?

Ah--it's quite early though.

You want to be able to enjoy the festive atmosphere for most of the month. So you start setting up as soon as December hits.

Camp started very early as usual.
