[ You are now in the middle of a crowded street in Japan! It's a nameless sort of city and a nameless sort of crowd. Not much detail in anything other than what seems to be the focus of the subconscious -- an oden cart which is where you may or may not be sitting at the time. If you taste some of the oden in front of you, it might be the best oden you've ever tasted in your life -- or only, if it's your first time.

If not? Feel free to wander down the street and into the heart of the city. Though you might notice monsters like these wandering around and blending it with the people after a while. Then there might be a hospital -- much detailed like the oden cart. Curious, isn't it? ]

[ it suddenly turns into a business man! and blends into the crowd as well -- but in turn, a woman nearby turns into a yummy ]

[ the hospital seems pretty empty when approaching it but if you go through the doors you might just notice it is jam-packed as if the end of the world has hit!

there's people bleeding in the halls and children crying and more. also the more you enter it, the more it becomes less of a modern hospital and more of a... hospital that looks like it's from a third world country ]

[ A nurse jumps out a room! she seems to be speaking but it's hard to hear her over the crying and noise from around you.

There is one word that's audible though -- that one is "Doctor!" She's going to try bringing you somewhere now. ]

[ She can't understand what you're saying, it seems. Or can't hear you. Either way, the more you resist, the more she panics -- she might even start crying. ]

[oooden]

[ She leads you into an operation room and on the table there seems to be a pregnant woman. Her stomach is open in what seems to be half of a c-section and--

Ah. It seems she's dying and they need to get the baby out quickly before they both die. That much is clear from the nurse. What else is clear is that you're the only doctor here qualified to perform such an operation--

But oh. With each blink, the room might be going a little fuzzy. ]

[ On the third blink, the setting will suddenly change! You are now in extreme pain -- mostly located inside of your head. Also it seems you were? are? in the middle of stitching up a boy on top of a cot if the tools/blood on your hands are any indication. ]

[oooden]

[ It's terrible! As if... you were shot... in the head.

Huh.

If you open your eyes just enough, you can see a man running away with a gun. Do you have a sudden urge to run after him or will you continue trying to stitch up the boy? Unfortunately you can only pick one option. ]
