Was there ever a time you had a bad thought and acted on it?

And it doesn't bother you?

Why should it?

Because it's not good for starters.

Are you suggesting acting on a bad thought is somehow better?

I don't mean that, I ... ah.

I mean ... [ dfakfad ] Have you never once thought of anything you wanted to do that was bad? At all? Everything you've ever thought has been completely well and good?

[smiles]

As much as I would love to claim that I've never had a "bad" thought at all, I'm sure there are some that were lacking. The point is I also had the self-restraint to keep myself from making a mistake by following through.

I see... [unsure look. SUCH CONFIDENCE?]

[the confidence is 100% there and genuine]

After all, actions speak louder than words, wouldn't you agree?

I ... suppose that's true. [fd,afadf....]

Is there a particular reason you've decided to pose the question?

To see how often people act on consciously bad thoughts.

I don't suppose this is a purely hypothetical.

Your question is flawed, by the way. For one, you haven't defined what "bad" is. And, for another, you haven't brought up the idea that something bad may be seen as good in certain circumstances.

It is ... somewhat.

It isn't flawed. Anything you understand to be wrong but act on anyway. I wanted to know if others have ever experienced this. I know bad is subjective to the person, but I wanted everyone to reflect on the time they knew it was wrong.
