[Chances are you've probably never paid attention to this weird stoney building in the middle of a random cornfield. The huge, gaudy neon signs reading "BOWSER'S GYM" nonwithstanding, there's been absolutely nothing of import ever happen there.
What MIGHT catch your eye is said building (and cornfield) suddenly sinking into the ground, a conspicuous metal barricade sliding into place once fully submerged.]
