[In front of the library, off to the side and a good distance away from the door, sits another large medical kit with "VI" written on it in med tape. Like the last one, it's also stocked to the brim with items one may need in the coming days. Also like the last one, there is a print out attached to the inner lid. Nothing more, nothing less.
Who left the kit there? It's . . . difficult to say. One moment, it wasn't there and the next, it was. Even the keenest eye and one who had been expecting something may have only caught the glimpse of a coat as someone brushed by to do the drop. Whatever the case may be, there's no one in sight now - except for anyone who gathers around to look at the contents, of course.]
