[Delirium isn't feeling so hot today. She might materialize in any number of places, but wherever she is, she's not all that together in the head. And quite frankly, neither might others. You see, due to her influence, others might notice an increase in paranoia, visual/auditory hallucinations, disordered thoughts, and so on and so forth. The question is, just how far does her influence reach today?
