big questions.

When do people arrive? And when do they leave? . . . And how many holidays are there?

People come in once a month, not counting counselors... they leave kinda randomly, though.

People arrive more or less one a month. When they leave is unpredictable. And there are as many holidays as people think of.

Why do you ask?

Because it seemed like there were very many.

I guess we leave never. Except we gotta leave sometime! But it's never on purpose, from what I can tell...

You know someone who did not mean to leave?

Not really know, but a lot of people act all surprised. Probably 'cause they're tryin' to leave all the time, then suddenly somethin' works.

Why, you tryin' to figure things out?

You have to try to leave . . . ?

That child wished to know, so I asked.

Wouldn't they lose meaning?

Maybe...! But not if they were spread out, and about different things, you know?

A year is spread out enough. And what are they often about?

About every month, pretty randomly, and... um... I don't know.

Thank you, Mullin.

... you're welcome, Eureka. I hope it was some help for... well, whatever you'd need it for.
