a Serious Business proposition

You know what this place needs? A lemonade stand!

So how about it; who wants to go into business with me? You do the lemon squeezing and man the booth and I'll, uh... I'll take care of advertising!

Hey, I'll even give you 10% of the profit! Pretty generous, huh?

Uh... A sweet yet tangy refreshment.

Oh.

Is advertising very hard?

Yeah, it's pretty tough. It takes all sorts of surveys and calculating, you know?

Can you not delegate?

I could, but then I'd have to give those people a cut, too.

Oh.

That is not a good way of attracting people. You are doing it wrong.

Uh.. Aren't you a bit young to be telling other people how to run a business?

I'm nearly six.

And you need to be an inspiring leader instead of a man concerned with money.

I thought I just needed to threaten peoples' heath benefits to keep them in line.

That is only after they are working for you. You get them to sign a paper to say they can't leave, and then you do that.

Ohhh... Man, your people must start business school pretty early.
