I'm not going to ask why you're keeping bees, since it's pretty obvious. I bet you could learn how to do it yourself though. The internet probably has a lot of resources for it.

They were my girlfriend's passion. I don't actually have any desire to learn how to keep them. They kind of freak me out.

You could try giving them away to a good home then? There might be another...beekeeper...who would love to have them.

I'm under the impression that bees don't relocate well. I'd prefer someone to keep them on the roof.

Well, hopefully you'll find someone. There's bound to atleast be some sort of animal lover who is willing to learn.
