[absolutely nothing. eying the box dubiously and maybe poking it a little with his pencil, to see if it does anything]

[ It is a little warm and moist on the stomach there. BUT THE IMPORTANT PART is there is a note in the bottom of the box! It says:

"To my beloved Kira ♥! I'm rooting for you!" ]

[freezes when he sees the note . . . but then very calmly turns the elephant around, to see what's going on with the stomach]
