I do not particularly mind not celebrating the holiday, as it is not one that is widely popular in my time, but it is good to provide company; earlier I spent some time speaking with Marcy, because she was feeling somewhat melancholy about the day.

Oh, yes. I would almost say that she was sulking, but she is in better spirits now and looking forward to try and snatch at couples strolling by the lakeshore or cruising in swan-boats.
