I think it's contagious for people with the right sorta outlook. Attention ta detail and a tendency ta pick up any facts they come across, that kinda thing. Never really had the urge, myself.

... techniques. In a way ... it's not really a conscious thing, but then later people mention it and I realise I do it. If I fight someone, I can copy their skills, sometimes.
