It really was quite the surprise, wasn't it? Your carpet is absolutely soaked, too...maybe if you put it closer to the fire?

All of my stock is of the utmost importance to me--less so than only a very few things. I did not expect to see it again, least of all in such a place as this.

Did it appear right around the rain storm?

While it arrived a week or so beforehand, I have yet to find a place to store my carpets, and have thus far attempted to simply keep them in my small tent, that I might sleep on them and keep them safe. However, the water invaded, and I instead brought my stock here.

[There is a pile of carpets in the corner, but the one on the rack is obviously the worst off]

Oh dear...and you've been staying in a tent all this time? There are quite a few open spots in the cabins, you know, and I'm sure they wouldn't mind your carpets.
