So what do people think it is that makes someone brave? Also, what's better, having friends as allies or random people who know what they're doing as allies?

Doing something despite your fear is brave, and why can't you have both? We manage okay.

But it's not brave brave. And yeah, but what if you could only have it one way? I was arguing with some guy about this.

What other kind of brave is there?

Friends, then. Oi, Usopp, who were you arguing with?

C'mon, there's brave and there's brave brave and then there's nothing's getting in my way brave! I think there's more kinds than just those three too.

Ahaha, good answer, Sanji! Eh, it was some guy with a moon helmet. I've argued with him before.

I think I see what you're getting at. Let's see... if I were to put it in words, being brave is knowing you won't stop until you've protected what needs to be protected. When a real man's got something to protect, he'll face certain death before abandoning it.

Moon helmet? Don't remember any shitty moons, but is he giving you a hard time?

Wow. Now, that's a really good answer.

No no no, it's okay. He's kind of a jerk and we yell but there're no hard times or anything. Plus, he let me try on his moon helmet! For two seconds!

You collecting these? I'm kind of curious now.

Really? Guess he can't be that bad then.

I was just thinking about it and wanted to know what people thought. There're lots of different kinds of people here. Kino said recklessness and something to fight for. Some girl said natural talent but I don't think I agree with that.

Well, like I said, he's a jerk and likes to call people idiots. But I've talked to worse!

Natural talent? I think I've met more talented cowards than not. But I guess maybe the circumstances are different.

Heh, you think the armor's just for show too?

She thinks because it's harder for talented people because they have higher expectations, that makes talented people brave. She seems kinda arrogant.

You know...it might be!

Hmm... think about it like this: let's say you're a princess in danger, would you trust more in a prince or a pauper rescue you?

*sigh* You think you're soooooo clever...Sanji, you know I'm gonna say the prince.

Of course! Because the prince was raised to higher standards!

That pauper may be just as good if not better, but that's more likely not to be the case, right?

*grumble grumble* She's still arrogant!
