ITP: yet another intro post

((this is an 'intro' post for 'Shinpachi'. No, we didn't actually /get/ one therefore Gintoki and Kagura will be running this post. It's a canon running joke that people can't differentiate him and a pair of glasses because his character is just 'a plain guy but with glasses'. So feel free to play along that a pair of glasses is apparently supposed to be a human being, or be boggled by the Gintama cast's craziness. Think of it as an exercise in "The Emperor's New Clothes".
