[something rather unusual has popped up right outside the doors to the Mess Hall-- a Mailbox with a small sign attached to it that reads:]

The CFUD Post Office is now accepting mail (see your local postman for details).
[and next to the mailbox, a table with some small forms for you to fill out and slip inside the mailbox. no one's sitting at the table, but if you take a quick glance around, there does happen to be a person who looks suspiciously postman-like, leaning against the wall, sipping tea, looking perfectly content. there's also a cat on his shoulder. |D]
