...what's wrong with my flowers?

[Ken is working in a small flower garden outside the Mara house. There are lots of flowers! But there's something strange -- the petals are all closed up. He picks one from the ground, and the petals open, revealing:]

"A closed mouth gathers no feet?" What's that supposed to mean?
