It appears to be raining tarot cards. ... would you like a reading, Serizawa-san?
[OOC: It's raining tarot cards! Pick one up from the ground, pick one out from the sky, have one fall into your hands/face/pants/whatever, and bring it to Naruse to have it interpreted. You can pick a totally random card that has nothing relevant to your character whatsoever, OR you can pick out a DESTINY!?! card for uncanny psychic times. Here is the full list of individual tarot cards with their explanations, and here is the list of major arcana with descriptive keywords. Also, ridiculously long hiatus is finally over h-hi. :D;]
