Alright, listen up. The name's Peony, international superstar emperor and all that, but importantly also the defacto owner of that big red hotel in the middle of camp. We've got well-lit lobbies and rooms, heat and water and food, and a whole lot of space and bedding. If you're not comfortable sticking to your cabins given the current situation, then get yourself down here. Stiff drinks also available on request.
Anyone in the hotel who's a fighter or a healer, I'd appreciate it if you'd get down here to the front so we can set up something of a base camp. It'd also be useful depending on numbers if anyone else could volunteer to guard population centres, or get some patrols of you guys out and about to watch out for any stragglers or people in need of a hand. Anyone already out there, feel free to consider us a base station - I've some comms equipment and I'll see if I can't arrange some kind of site-to-site linkup with Lady. I've got a flying mage who can carry laptops and I'm not afraid to use him.

Best advice I can give is you get the most flammable stuff possible and a means of making sparks and bring it with you - if nothing else you should be able to use it to marshal a path through them, since most things can't walk too well when their legs are on fire. Worst comes to worst, I guess you could set their heads on fire so they can't see, either.
--oh, right. If the speaker guys are watching this comm, it's about time you guys did your bit too, and I'm pretty sure you must have camp-wide monitoring software to go with your big old warning system. Get in touch, huh? We could use some rolling updates.
