[NEAR THE ARTS AND CRAFTS HUT, there are the necessary paper-making apparatuses. Or if there weren't, there are now. Raikou's there, making paper--his motions are very practiced, obviously used to it. And there are racks of paper that are drying as well as a stack on a nearby table that's dry.

Come draw, write, fold something, or talk to him :Db]

I don't really intend to use it for anything. My paper's usually sold, so it's not as though I'm making it for myself.
