[In front of the Mess Hall, there's one Russian princess, with a blackboard next to her. On it, the following is written:

As everyone should know, it's a princess' duty to listen to the people. Today I'm here to listen to your problems! Is there a way you'd want the royal family to fix this place? I'm going to do my best to ensure your dreams will come true!
