Why should we resign ourselves to the less than acceptable living conditions here? There are certainly materials enough to improve the cabins if only we reach out and make use of them

At the moment I am intending to focus on expanding and improving the existing cabins. However, if you have an idea that can't be accomplished with this method I'm quite willing to listen.

We will need several people to handle the heavy work. If there are enough volunteers we can split them up and work on several projects at once.

It's not much of a position; merely a formality it seems. Few of the counselors do the "jobs" they are assigned. However, it's a good opportunity.

What problem do you have that requires scientists?

A problem of adaptation. I am not well-versed in the science but it involves energy, either substitution or conversion probably.
