[somewhat east off of the fabled Center of Camp, not far from in front of the Mess Hall, there is a table. Sitting at said table is a very bored blonde girl and a rat. Floating over the rat's head is a sparkly neon sign with an arrow:]

YES, I'M A TALKING RAT, AND A CAMPER, AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN A RAT. AND I'M A COOK. ANY FURTHER QUESTIONS?
