[on one side of the mess hall, there is a very grumpy counselor sitting in a large chair. A couple of smaller, currently empty chairs are facing him. there is also a large sign hanging behind him:

Yes, but a few strong words might not help. This is a fairly serious topic that runs deep with anyone who is subjected to it. They need empathy more than strength.

Yes, it chose you. And since it's making you fulfill your duties then you should try to do right by it and not make it worse.

Camp chose me out of spite--I have never empathized with the majority of this camp population, and I don't plan on starting, either!
