Upon further investigation, you may discover (after the prinny in a running wheel which powers an electrical generator) a big banner over the sign that reads:

And inside you'll find a very well decorated set with the karaoke player set up and waiting to be used. A demon loli dressed in a cut off tuxedo welcomes you in~*
