Everything is normal! In fact, it's so normal that it would be easy to miss that guy over in the corner, crouched and barefoot on a bench, playing around with various types of sugar substitutes. Every so often he'll stop and take a bite of a piece of cake he has, but otherwise, he seems pretty into what he's doing.
Obviously, this means you should bother him]
