[If you visit the library today, you'll find that things are a bit... creepier than usual. Things seem darker, danker, more cobwebby -- the books, more vicious. Light novels and normal reference books have been replaced with horror (popular and classic), spellbooks (whether or not they actually work is up to you to find out) and collections of ( Read more... )

It's probably a way to encourage people to meet others. As well as getting into the spirit of the season, so to speak.

The chaotic, magical aspects. Normally, it's mostly just a celebration that people hold. Things don't transform of their own accord and such.

Is it also Earth?
