[Today, in this episode of CFUD'S MESS HALL ANTICS there is a racer sitting with a bunch of unlikely people]

So is it possible I could get some pancakes today?

Hey, don't look at me, I don't plan the eating schedule here. I'd like some Hungarian cheeseballs, but does anyone get them for me? Noooooo.

Hungarian cheeseballs don't exist.

Even if they did, ( Read more... )

... sadly they weren't actually Hungarian nor were they actually made of cheese. Also, I think I was on a colony planet in the back end of the Neferi System. But it counts! Sort of.

--Then again, I would like to reiterate that my forever man will always be Val Kilmer.

Val Kilmer? I've met him. Charming man. Shorter than you think he'd be. But he doesn't do the Batman voice on request.

You're kidding.

Let me see an autograph or it never happened!

I didn't ask for his autograph, I was a little bit busy saving his life from a rigged explosion on a movie set. They never actually made that movie in the end, which is probably a good thing. It would have ruined his career. And I did learn that day never to ask an actor to do his signature voices while pulling him across an exploding movie set while making multiple "my other car is a batmobile" jokes. I've never seen a man look so chagrined at having his life saved.

Anyway, that's enough with the morning anecdotes.

Well, I can't dislike a guy who tells a good story.

I'm very likeable, me. Oh. Also, I'm the Doctor, have we met?

Doctor what?

And nope, can't say we've met unless we're talking sweet dreams then yes. We met when I was swan-diving into a lake of cocoa with my pet swan...Cocoa. Spelt with a K.

No no, just the Doctor.

[raising an eyebrow] And I'm fairly sure I'd remember at least your swan if that had happened. Also, that was the least imaginative on-the-hop naming I've ever heard.

Hey, nobody spells Cocoa with a K except and point two! Don't insult my imaginary swawn you might hurt its imaginary feelings.

Oh, it wasn't an insult. I am charmed by the concept of a swan named Kocoa, I assure you. As long as you're pronouncing the 'K' properly, naturally. Got to give it a proper click.

Kocoa disapproves of your clicking. She prefers it to be natural.
