Something like that, yes. We have been traversing through a dimensional anomaly for a few days now; this is the only egress that we have discovered thus far.

This world is quite full of improbable phenomena. Here, the simplest explanation is rarely the most likely, contrary to the common wisdom elsewhere... though how true that maxim may be in general, it is perhaps difficult to know for sure.
