[A strong person must know how to forgive. For strength, untempered by love and compassion means nothing. This is true of a lawyer, just as it is true of anyone. Even the wicked deserve mercy. But perhaps there are sins that can not be forgiven. Perhaps there are trespasses so great, that one can not exist in peace while the trespasser lives. We, as societies and as a species its self has struggled with concepts like these for tens of thousands of years. All of the great philosophers will agree, that when there is someone who intends to harm those that one holds dear, there is only one brave and honorable course of action.]
