He's got a crate, with a tablecloth on top, and a number of things laid out on the tablecloth: a fork, a kind of battered-looking TV remote (batteries removed), an iron-prick spur, a 1 GB key drive, a toy soldier (chipped), a flashlight, a hurricane lantern.]
I hope this isn't out of line, but I'm really curious. See, I've heard that there's humans here from a huge variety of worlds with a huge variety of technology, and... well, I'm really interested in things humans use.
So, I was wondering if anyone would mind coming to tell me what their world's like -- the way humans interact with their environment back home, the level of technology, the sort of things they value... and, of course, the stuff they use on a day-to-day basis!
I know it can be hard to think of that sort of thing off the top of your head, so I just put out a few things from my own collection to help kick things off.
