The food in this camp is adequate. Would you not find it a frivolous use of our efforts to argue against it? Besides, it's been proven time and time again that the Director cares not for the legality of our imprisonment. Watch that you do not press this matter too far; we may yet again end up with nothing but meager rations of jerky.

Oh, I am not saying that it is necessarily a matter to be pursued... merely that in the unlikely case the administration was brought to court, it would probably not be a negative thing in the long run.
