[ OOC: Yuriev's office isn't quite done yet, so he's borrowing the ship of a friend to do his mandatory counseling for clones and also the genetically modified among us because he's a meddler. If you want your character to be magically dumped on board or otherwise there against their will, or just want to come for the ambiance and the usual tea and cookies, that's cool too.
