I have a modest office, and there is a small section of laboratories dedicated to our usage. Allen has a maintanance bed set up there for Canaan; your maintainance module can be placed there as well. I will ask Canaan to show you where the laboratories are located once you have had some time to familiarize yourself with the current situation. There are no specific threats; there are zombies present, but their threat level is minimal, and requires no proactive danger control.
