There are some drawbacks to it though... decrease in speed and jump ability, but a well trained storm-rider could potentially make up for it.

It's more for the ensemble, really.

It's just the given name for those who ride A-T's.

I prefer to wear A-T's constantly, though due to my profession, that makes it difficult. These are more designed for... casual wear.
