Okay, listen up. You might already know some of this, but whatever. Listen up anyway.
I'm Buffy. I slay vampires. It's a thing. And it mostly doesn't come up here, cuz we have a lot of non-bad vampires. Which was a pretty awesome trend.
That said, trend over. Some of you guys might've run into Drusilla. Yes, she's a vampire, yes, she's from my world, yes, she's dangerous. Like, a lot. Not even cuz she's a vampire, cuz my world has some non-dangerous vampires. And some les dangerous vampires. But she's insane, she eats people, and she might try to eat you. Hopefully she didn't already eat you. Or even try to eat you.
Here's the deal. I'm patroling and basically trying to keep her from eating people, but you guys should still have your eyes open and, well. Know what's up. First off, she looks like this. She's...crazy. Like, in the actual insane person way. If you meet her, well. Vampires from my world are super strong--not that super strong for here, but stronger than the average person--and pretty fast. She's not the strongest ever, but she's...perceptive. She goes for the kind of emotional hits. And also sucks blood.
If you meet her and need to get away, physical violence works, there just needs to be a lot. Running away fast is also an option. If you've got a cross or other holy symbol, that'll repel her. And if I'm around, which I try to be, I'm always up for helping. See also Kon, he's helpful.
If you want to kill her, you're gonna need a stake, crossbow, or other wooden thing to plunge in her heart. Alternately, setting her on fire is a classic, and sunlight kills her. Which means during the day, she's not gonna be around. She...saved or something, cuz killing her is not actually a permanent solution. I checked.
She can't come in your cabin unless you invite her, so if you're in there you don't have to worry about her breaking in and eating you. But once she's invited in, it's for keeps. So you--or anyone else in your cabin--let her in and she can come in whenever. If that happens and you don't want it happening, find me or Giles, and we can try to do this spell thing he's got.
Basically, important stuff to take from this? We now have an insane, bloodthirsty vampire in addition to all our sane, rational vampires. I am gonna keep killing her when I need to, and if someone for some reason objects, I don't care. If you have any questions, you can ask me or Giles. Giles'll give you footnotes and everything.
