Sure. Just don't shoot at any that are in the same direction someone's standing in; you don't want to accidentally hit someone when if you miss.

Eh, they live bits of themselves all over the place. You get... 'used to it' is probably too strong a term, but it blends into the daily weirdness of Camp Fuck You Die.
