[Far above camp, anyone who's watching might notice a hot-air balloon, drifting along, minding its own business.  Attached to aforementioned balloon is a water-tower, bearing a crest and the initials "WB."  Odd, innit?

For anyone not watching or paying any sort of attention at all, there is a high-pitched whistling sound, getting gradually louder
