Thank you very very much for the new space for my workshop. I really really like having all this open space to make and test inventions in, and I'm very happy that you found someone to make moving men out of food to blow up instead of straw dummies, yeah! I'm sure they'll be MUCH less flammable, so I hope there won't be any trouble!
Okay! I'm going to go now! People already live here, and I'm going to go say hi! I hope you come to visit sometime, yeah! I think you'll like what I'm going to do to this place! I'll write you every week to tell you what I'm making, and I promise I won't say anything embarrassing, yeah! I swear!
