Would anyone like a whistle? I have far too many.
[[Yes, they're rape whistles. She's acquired several and is a monk doesn't need so many. Come get 'em!]]

Alright. [okay, have one with rape written in glitter on the side.]
May I ask why?

[t-that's new]
I'm going to use it for training. Is there a reason why it has this writing on the side?

What sort of training?
Ah, they're supposed to ward of the advances of others. Whistle, someone comes, and so on.

American football training.
Hmm, that's something I never heard of before.

Ah, a sport, correct? I've heard of it. You are an athlete then?
Neither had I, but it was insisted upon that I needed them.

It is, and I am.
It doesn't seem so dangerous here that people would need them though.

You play for fun like the others, correct?
Yes, I didn't think so either, but one can never tell.

Yeah, sort of. I'm on the school team too.
That's true. I won't be able to use this whistle for practice then, it looks like.

Interesting. They are popular then? The school teams and sports, I mean.
My condolences. They do appear to be normal whistles, the embellishments aside.

Yeah, I think so. A lot of people that I know are on sports teams.
I'll hang onto it in case. Thanks.

I see. You have a lot of time for leisure and activities in your world. Are these people at your home or in camp?
Not at all, I hope you'll find some use for it.

I guess so. The sport's become really important to me and my team though.
I'll figure out something.
