PostSecret is an ongoing community art project where people computers mail in their owner's secrets anonymously on one side of a homemade postcard in this post.

It's good to be self-sufficient, but it can also be considered an insult to your allies if you refuse to let them help you through these things.

They would try to help and probably just would make it worse and then I would have to push them away. And that would be even more insulting.
