I'm not sure how clean the camp onsen would get anyone, with all those walruses.

Someone mentioned it recently, or I wouldn't know, myself. All I remembered was that Major Armstrong was the one who had the walruses brought in, so once again, the Amestris military is to blame.

The Major probably left just so he didn't have to take responsibility for it.
