What's with these balloons?

((Tottally work-safe and the balloons are innocent... until you pop them. Then you'll have a small mini-nightmare of your choice. Note that they are childrens nightmares, so it'd be something about fluffy bunnies that can eat you.))

They seem harmless enough. I mean, it's not as if you can do much with helium filled balloons.
