That's better already. It's more friendly than money alone. You might also want to add on at least one specific thing you'll improve or change even if it's only something simple like installing a vending machine.

The housing issue seems to be of particular concern. I know I myself have been affected by it! A plan to somehow create more shelter should be our highest priority. Not all of them, I'm not into it :(
